Springbank Secondary College SA
Springbank Secondary College is a new entity that has emerged from the strong foundations and histories of Daws Road High School and Pasadena High School following a significant renewal and redesign process.
This term our Year 8 Intensive Support students have been exploring global cultures in HASS, learning about China, Nepal, and Nigeria. Learning was hands-on and delicious! Highlights included cooking up traditional dishes like stir fry and Jollof rice, alongside learning the mindful art of Tai Chi. It has been a wonderful term of practical learning, discovery and new skills.
Several of our students have submitted artwork to the Colours of Country art exhibition, which showcases the art of First Nations students living in the City of Onkaparinga. This year's theme is land, water and sky. It's an incredible display of students' work and worth a visit over the school holidays.
